Node LV9 has just been rebooted. Customer VPSes are coming back online now. Please do not submit a support ticket if your VPS is located on node LV9. All VPSes should be back online in the next 15-20 minutes.

LV2 went offline at approximately 4:55 PM EDT (GMT-4). We are working to bring it back online as soon as possible and will update this announcement further.

LV11 has experienced a kernel panic and restarted. All containers on the node will be coming back online shortly with the latest stable kernel installed.

Edit: Network maintenance has been completed. If you experience any issues please let us know. Clients on our DDoS protected network may notice a brief lagspike as we perform maintenance on one of our routers today. There will be no actual outage but slightly higher latencies may occur.

Our upstream provider stopped announcing our IP space at approx. 2 AM (EDT) due to emergency maintenance. The maintenance has ended and network connectivity has been restored. Please submit a ticket if you are still experiencing any issues with your VPS.

NY4 has just been rebooted, all customer VPSes should be back online within the next few minutes. If you cannot wait for it to be auto-booted you may boot your VPS from the VPS control panel found at, https://vps.alienvps.com.

Hi, our Las Vegas router is being restarted and as a result all of Las Vegas is currently unaccessible. We expect to be back online within the next 5-10 minutes.

Update 7:06 EDT (GMT-4): NY5 has come back online. We are taking advantage of the unexpected reboot to push a kernel update to the node. Once the node has rebooted there will be no further service interruptions. At approximately 6:40 AM EDT (GMT-4) NY5 went offline for an unknown reason. We have contacted the datacenter technicians to get the node rebooted. We will update this...

LV12 is rebooting for a kernel update at midnight tonight (March 20th). Expected downtime will be no more than 10 minutes.

Edit: We are performing a fsck of the filesystem before bringing it back online to verify consistency. Your VPS will be back online as soon as possible. NY1 VPSes are being restored to the node as we have finished updating the hardware. The node will reboot at the end of the restoration to finalize some kernel optimizations. Afterwards there will be no more service interruptions on the node.
